A Perfect Process

A smarter way to collaborate on brand & packaging design

Modular. Co-Creative. Tailored to you.
We’ve reimagined the brand and packaging design process to be more effective and collaborative. Our method is built around the principles: modularity, fact base, creative excellence and AI-supported. This means we don’t impose a one-size-fits-all process. We build the right one with you, that matches your needs and maximizes impact, combining strategic clarity with creative exploration. A perfect process for you and enables your leadership.

Why a new process?
It began with a simple question: what really drives effectiveness in design? Too often, only a fraction of the effort truly moves the needle. So we re-examined every step, not just through the lens of AI and new tech, but with the insight that successful brand building still depends on strong strategic and conceptual foundations and real teamwork. We can adapt it specifically for you with our portfolio of creatives and specialist.

We’ve identified key levers that unlock better outcomes. Let’s meet to explore how these can work for you to grow ideas faster, align teams better, and deliver more meaningful brand and packaging solutions.

Modular

Flexibility with built-in continuity

Today’s brand and packaging challenges demand both agility and specialization. That’s why we work with a flexible, modular model led by our senior partners and built around a curated network of creatives, technologists and experts.

We don’t offer pre-set teams. We assemble the right expertise for each client or project ensuring continuity while scaling resources as your needs evolve. Whether it’s the creative team, AI implementation, colour management, or market-specific cultural insight, our modular setup gives you quality or strategic depth.

We may work with independent specialists, but we take full responsibility for the outcome. For you, this means the flexibility of a lean, expert setup with the reassurance of one accountable partner.

Thies translates into fewer handovers, smarter collaboration, and a partner that grows with you, not just a someone that delivers.

Fact Based Design

Science creates clarity for creativity

We believe the best design starts with understanding and not assumptions. That’s why we use proven insights from marketing science, behavioural psychology, and research to steer our strategic and conceptual work

The impact of “How Brands Grow” (Byron Sharp) and “Distinctive Brand Assets” (Jenni Romaniuk) and “6 Dimensions of Culture” (Geert Hofstede) are the fundaments of our strategic and conceptual design thinking.

We strongly believe in the importance using (or not using) research in gaining consumer feedback and the steering the design process. We’re very familiar with neuroscience based research that tell us what they think instead simply what they say.

For us, science isn’t a constraint, it’s a creative asset. Used wisely, it brings clarity, sharpens strategy, and leads to design that’s both more effective and distinctive. We like to call this: Fact Based Design.

Creative Expertise

Creativity as a core competence

What sets us apart is the ability to look at every brand and packaging challenge with fresh eyes, even after decades of experience. We’ve learned, through our work at leading international agencies, that great design starts by asking better questions. It’s not about defaulting to a style. It’s about finding the right kind of creativity to help your brand grow.

Today, that includes embracing AI as a powerful creative partner. From prompt-based design studies to innovative uses of photography and co-creation tools, we integrate new technology to explore further, faster without compromising originality. All to develop recognisable and memorable brand identities.

Yes, we still love a design award. But we love real brand success even more. That’s what creative excellence means to us: bold ideas well executed, built to move people and move markets.

AI Supported

Smarter, faster and more collaborative

AI is reshaping the packaging design process fundamentally. Its most immediate impact is seen in adaptive artwork generation, multi-format rollouts, and pre-press automation. These advancements dramatically compress timelines, reduce production costs, and improve consistency across packaging assets. To unlock these benefits, brands need to rethink how packaging artwork is set up, automated, and handed off and how “final design” is defined. It creates the opportunity to shift the control of execution from outside partners to internal teams.

But the influence of AI doesn’t stop at execution. It’s also changing how we collaborate. Generative tools enable real-time, prompt-based iteration allowing teams to explore design directions quickly, discard misaligned options, and sharpen briefs and viable directions. This speeds up decision-making, empowers non-designers to participate actively, and frees up resources for truly distinctive, strategic design work.

By embracing AI as a co-pilot, not a creator, we’re making brand collaboration more fluid, focused, and effective than ever before.

Cross Border

Design that translates across markets

We think beyond borders, across cultures, languages, and disciplines.  In our projects we gained experience in managing both global and local brand needs. Whether you’re developing a single-product brand for global scale or managing a complex multi-market portfolio, we understand how to design for cultural relevance without losing consistency.

This mindset shapes how we work. From the start, we factor cultural and market variation into the design process, whether that means adjusting how we brief creatives, selecting the right local insight partners, or defining what elements must flex or stay fixed. We can help structure creative validations across markets, involve local teams at key stages, and build systems that help you scale without losing cultural fit.

Our work ranges from tailoring packaging to local cultural expectations, within the boundaries of global design guidelines, to helping develop those very systems from the ground up. We know how to navigate the balance: between what’s fixed and what flexes, what’s essential and what adapts.

Sustainable

Scalable Expertise in Sustainable Packaging

We believe sustainability is not a checkbox — it’s a direction. Whether you’re ready for a bold leap or just taking the next small step, we can help define the right path forward. That might mean simply optimising materials or print techniques and maintain requirements for your brand, your category, and your operational realities.

We don’t need to explain that more fundamental steps in sustainability is a complex and long-term development. It requires collaboration with specialists in materials science, compliance, production and circular systems, from within your network or ours and seamlessly integrate their expertise into the creative process.

We’ve partnered with both start-ups and multinationals to make sustainability part of the brand story, not a compromise, but a natural part of the brand.

Shaping the future of design together

AI tools for brand and packaging design are evolving rapidly. The promises are everywhere, the developers are many and while not all claims will hold, one thing is certain: AI is already changing the way we work. And this is just the beginning.

For brand owners, AI offers a new level of control. With the right setup, you can bring adaptation, artwork versioning, and even pre-press preparation in-house. We help you understand what’s possible, what’s right for your brand, and how to implement it with the support of our technical partners.

AI shouldn’t replace your strategic or conceptual design  but it can and should support it. That’s why a strong creative foundation is more important than ever. With AI enabling hundreds of fast adaptations, it becomes critical to define why, what, and how you adapt.

We also see opportunities earlier in the process. Tools like prompt-based design and generative prototyping allow for faster, more collaborative exploration, helping your team shape ideas and directions before committing major resources.

Adopting AI requires more than just tools, it needs process design, team alignment, and guidance on production realities. We help you set up a smarter way of working that brings key stages closer to your team and prepares them to lead the change.
